Story Yoga Sessions

Our story yoga sessions are for 2-5-year-olds and their parents. Older and younger siblings welcomed too - everyone loves story yoga.

Utilising stories, songs and games we introduce yoga, breathwork and mindfulness as activities to be enjoyed together as a family.

July's session sees us moving to our new venue at the Ecology Centre at Kinghorn Loch, where we will be reading Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See? by Eric Carle.

If the weather is nice, we will move outside for the session, otherwise, we will be yoga-ing in the Nest.

No previous yoga experience required - this is a great introduction to yoga and mindfulness for tots (and adults might learn something too).
