Unlike other fitness classes Zumba class welcomes and embraces all level of fitness, we make exercise more fun.. there is no pressure or judgement. You get your work out to Latin music, we use a mix of salsa, cumbia, merengue, flamenco, reggaeton etc mixed with fitness moves to create a fun workout that gives you an overall body workout.
