Langtoun Jazz Mini Festival Inverkeithing Locarno Swing
Friday, October 25th
The 2nd event on the opening night of a weekend of great music to benefit Kirkcaldy Foodbank and build a solid foundation for Langtoun Jazz Festival 2020.
A must for lovers of Gypsy Jazz music. Locarno Swing are a jazz trio based in the West of Scotland that play 1930s swing music inspired by the Belgian Gypsy guitarist Django Reinhardt.
When this three-piece band strikes up for a number, all the thrill and pizzazz of the interwar years comes flooding into view. This was an age of fashion, high speed racing cars and Hollywood glamour and these guys capture a piece of those heady years.
Kirkcaldy Foodbank reps will be taking a bucket collection at this event
