DiverseFFIT is a new fitness group that is affiliated with the Raith Rovers Community Foundation. Classes are open to anyone and everyone, no matter your age, sex, size or level of fitness.
Our sessions are held every Thursday at Mutch More Active in Hayfield Ind Estate, Kirkcaldy from 6pm onwards.
During each session our fitness & nutrition instructor Cheryl will be putting you through your paces. Classes are on a 2 weekly cycle alternating between Metafit and Circuit training.
