Fife hillwalking mental health champion reflects on completing all of Scotland's 282 munros

A Fife man who started hillwalking five years ago when he had depression has been reflecting on completing all of Scotland's 282 munros in an interview with Kingdom FM.

Ross Cunningham reached that milestone at the weekend when he was given a warm reception upon reaching the top of Mòruisg in the Highlands on Sunday.

He runs his own website Mountains Mend Minds to champion hillwalking and the benefits it can have on mental health.

A number of charities have also benefited from his fundraising efforts while hiking up Scotland's hills.

Anas Hassan, our reporter, had a chat with Ross earlier today in a video above.
