Women in mind is a peer to peer support group for women over 18.
Women in mind are a safe, non judgemental, peer to peer mental health support group for those who are over 18 and identify as female.
Women in Mind (WiM) provide a space for ladies to chat, share, offload whilst maintaining safety and confidentiality. WiM is all about tackling social isolation, loneliness, supporting others,promoting good mental health and encouraging people to talk about their mental health and challenge the stigma around it.
The WiM motto ‘Together we flourish’ promotes an ethos of inclusion, support and empowerment.
WiM meet weekly on a Tuesday evening from 7-9pm in St Ninian’s church in Dunfermline. There are no waiting lists, no referral or appointment is needed… just come along.
The meetings are free to attend, the space is accessible for all. All are welcome.
