World's first female snooker referee from Fife chats to Kingdom FM about business and refereeing

The world's first female snooker referee is telling Kingdom FM that she is still finding some time to referee, despite dedicating much of her life now to running her own firm.

Michaela Tabb from Dunfermline is heading to the US this coming week to referee American Pool.

She made history in 2009 by becoming the first woman to referee a World Snooker Championship final and did so again in 2012, with the biggest tournament in the sport set to take place next month in Sheffield.

Michaela  has also expressed her gratitude to Business Gateway Fife for helping her after she established Blackball Tables in July 2018.

Anas Hassan, our reporter, has been chatting with her in a video above about life in business, as well as talking snooker.
