The Officer of Fair Trading's taken action after a number of customers were hit with huge bills, often caused by children buying extra features, characters or levels while playing games. It's given app developers two months to comply with new rules. Mid Scotland and Fife MSP Murdo Fraser says he hopes the measures help solve what is a big problem.
