A Glenrothes mother who lost her son in Basra plans to walk the Forth Road Bridge.

A Glenrothes mum has been telling us about her battle to come to terms with the death of her son.

Private Marc Ferns, who joined the Army when he was 17 years old, was killed in Basra in 2004.

Christine Morgan is encouraging people the length and breadth of Fife to get behind her campaign to raise money for the Black Watch Association.

She, along with 60 family members and friends, will walk over the Forth Road Bridge on August 10th to raise vital funds.

Christine, who walks with a crutch, says she's training to finish the challenge.
