The family of a man whose body was found in a flat in Fife have paid tribute to him.
28-year old Gavin Ross was found at an address in the Abbeyview area of Dunfermline on Thursday 30th April.
In a statement issued via Police Scotland, his family, who do not wish to be named, said:
"Gavin was a much loved son, father, brother and nephew and will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.
"We are still in shock with the loss of Gavin and we respectively ask to be left alone to grieve in private at this very difficult and sad time."
Police have confirmed a 26-year-old man has been charged with murder and is due to appear before Dunfermline Sheriff Court today.
