Commonwealth Ticket Website Re-opens

D-day for Glasgow 2014 organisers as ticket website goes live again.

Tickets for the Commonwealth Games have gone on sale again.

The Glasgow 2014 website went into meltdown last week when 100, 000 extra tickets went on sale.

Organisers say they're taking a 'phased approach' this time, with the remaining 50,000 released gradually over three days.

Extensive investigations and tests by Ticketmaster have taken place in an attempt to prevent a repeat of last week's problems.

From 10am, tickets for team sports and ceremonies were made available, while athletics will follow tomorrow.

By Friday all remaining sports will be back on sale.
