The Forgotten 800,000 Voters

Our reporter, Greg Russell, speaks with a Scot in the USA who isn't permitted to vote on September 18th.

The independence referendum is just nine days away.

It's estimated that around 800, 000 Scots abroad will have no say, but registered voters from other countries, who are living here, will.

So, how does that make Scots feel?
