Sturgeon: 'Independence An Opportunity For All Of Us'

A 'yes' vote is an opportunity for Scotland to build a fairer and more prosperous country.

That's according to Nicola Sturgeon who's out on the campaign trail with members of Glasgow's minority communities.

The Deputy First Minister says independence will help young people into work and protect the NHS

Ms Sturgeon said:

"This debate is not about where we have come from or what party we belong to it is about the people of Scotland, all of us, taking our future into our own hands.

"Across all of our communities people are waking up to the opportunity of independence to build a fairer society, to support our young people with greater job opportunities and to protect our public services like the NHS.

"We are seeing voters turning to yes from all political parties, from the trade unions, from business and from all of our communities because they want to sieze the opportunity to put Scotland’s future in Scotland's hands."

Better Together says only as part of a strong and secure UK can the NHS go from strength to strength in the future.
