Sturgeon dismisses opposition plans for further powers

The Deputy First Minister will later dismiss Labour and the Lib Dems' plans for further Scottish devolution.

Nicola Sturgeon will make her case to the Scottish Council Development and Industry in Glasgow. She'll say plans by the two parties, as well as the status quo, fall short of delivering what Scotland needs to prosper and reach its potential. The referendum on independence takes place in under 200 days time.
