The Scottish Liberal Democrat leader is revealing the next stage of their vision of Scottish home rule within the UK.
In a keynote speech at the David Hume Institute, Willie Rennie reveals that he's asked Libdem elder statesman Sir Ming Campbell to examine the consensus around more powers. These include Reform Scotland’s Devo Plus and IPPR and Alan Trench’s Devo More papers. Mr Rennie has asked Sir Menzies to draw up a timetable for implementing constitutional change after the September referendum:
