Scottish Half Marathon

Thousands of people are expected to line the streets to cheer on runners who are raising funds for charity.

Just under 4, 000 will run the 13.2 mile course in East Lothian to raise money for various charities.

Runners will set off at 11am from Meadowmill, just outside Edinburgh. They'll run along the East Lothian Golf Coast before finishing at Musselburgh Racecourse, Scotland's oldest racecourse.

Annette Drummond is from organisers GSi Events.

She's hoping the inaugural competition will be a success.
