Scottish Economy Continues To Recover

A strong demand for staff in Scotland is fuelling a rise in starting salaries.

The Bank of Scotland's latest jobs report shows another 'robust' increase in permanent and temporary appointments.

Its Labour Market Barometer was at a four-month low in September, but its level was still the highest in its history and above the equivalent UK index.
