Scots Confidence In Housing Market Drops Again

Most Scots think next year will be a better time to buy a home than to sell.

 

That's according to the latest Halifax Housing Market Confidence Tracker which suggests consumer confidence has been dropping continually since the summer.

It's thought that house prices in Scotland are returning to realistic levels after dropping during the recession.  It suggests the recent fall in house price expectations mirrors a relative fall in consumer confidence for the economic outlook for 2015.
