Scoon Returns To The Fold

Fife Flyers have confirmed Josh Scoon will return for a sixth successive season.

The 23-year-old joined the Kirkcaldy side in 2010 and has been with the club throughout their EIHL existence and said: "I'm really excited to have signed again for the upcoming season, it was an easy decision for me. Fife is the team I grew up supporting so it's an honour to be able to pull on the jersey for another year.”

Associate Coach Danny Stewart added: “Scoony brings us a great deal of positivity and energy in the room.” 

“He will provide us with some added depth on the right side and will be able to compete for a third line role once again. At times, he was in and out of that spot last season, but when he was in that spot he was physical and that's what we need out of him consistently.”
