Salmond Slams Brown's Indyref Role

Alex Salmond has attacked Gordon Brown's role in the independence campaign.

The Fife MP and former Prime Minister is seen by many as being instrumental in swaying voters to the No camp in the last two weeks of the referendum battle.

But Mr Salmond says he knew that the pledge of more powers for Scotland couldn't be carried out within the agreed timescale.

He says Mr Brown has more credibility than David Cameron or Ed Miliband, but he added:
