Kingdom FM's working with the RNLI to keep people safe by the coast this summer.
As the summer weather begins to kick in, visitors are already flocking to Aberdour's Silver Sands.
The beach is staffed by lifeguards throughout the summer, with flags designating the safe swimming areas.
They're there between 10am and 6pm until September.
Bathers are warned to be wary of quicksand in the area, and the rocks at the far side of the beach.
