Revised CAP Impacts On Fife farmers

There's concern over an apparent suggestion new green rules for Fife farmers are holding back competitiveness.

It's come in a report from the European Parliament's Directorate-General, which indicates measures in the new Common Agricultural Policy known as 'greening' may be having an impact. 

The regulations mean farms have to set aside a certain amount of land for environmentally-friendly use in order to get European payments.
