Services will be taking place across Fife this year with the added significance of being the centenary of the outbreak of World War One.

Mid Fife and Glenrothes MSP Tricia Marwick will be attending the National Remembrance Ceremony in Edinburgh in her role as presiding officer of the Scottish Parliament.

Meanwhile, Glenrothes MP Lindsay Roy will lay a wreath at the war memorial in Glenrothes on Sunday in honour of the fallen, where there'll be a service and wreath laying ceremony in Church Street.
