Progress Slow On Elderly Care

Audit Scotland report criticises Holyrood's policy on elderly care

Audit Scotland says the annual spend of £4.5 billion can't be sustained.

And it adds that progress on the Reshaping Care for Older People Programme is slow.

The Royal College of Nursing is also criticising the policy.

Ellen Hudson, from the RCN Scotland, says delivery is slow and there's no data.
