Politicians share 'Scottish experience'

A group of politicians is in the Serbian capital Belgrade to show their Balkan counterparts how the Scottish experience can help make them economically competitive.

It's being led by Fife MSP and convener of Holyrood's economy committee Murdo Fraser. He's hoping to initiate a debate on how the emerging democracies can attract inward investment. Mr Fraser's telling us promoting investment in other countries is good for everyone:
