One of Dunfermline’s iconic peacocks, who was missing for three days, has been found.
Hamish had last been seen on Friday evening, and Peacocks in Pittencrieff Park put out an appeal to find him on social media.
But in an update, the group confirmed Hamish had been found.
It said: “He has been trapped under fencing.
“His tail feathers are broken and a small sore bit on his beak but he’s OK.”
The Dunfermline peacocks have been wandering free around Pittencrieff Park since 1905.
