Things are looking up for Dunfermline football club, despite missing out on a lucrative season in this year's Championship.
That's the view of Chairman Bob Garmory, after the club faced financial ruin in 2013.
Volunteers and just five full time staff keep the club running off the pitch, after cost cutting to adjust to life in League One.
Mr Garmory says they're a lot more stable, and building for the future:
