One of two men found after police helicopter dispatched in search after M90 crash

One of two men being sought by police after a crash on the M90 near Kelty has been traced.

Earlier today, a police helicopter had been dispatched in the search for the pair, following the fatal crash north of the village.

It was spotted hovering above the motorway earlier, as officers continued their efforts to trace them, who left the scene of Sunday's accident.

A front-seat passenger in the same car died at the scene.

Police Scotland has confirmed to Kingdom FM News that the helicopter activity was linked to their investigation.

The force said yesterday it was concerned for the welfare of the men and urged people to check outbuildings in the area.

The victim of the crash still hasn't been identified.
