Nudge Elders for Bowel Screening

Younger family members have been urged to prompt their elders to screen for bowel cancer.

More than half of Scots eligible for regular bowel screening 'very strongly' agree that it's the best way to detect the disease.

Younger relatives have been urged to 'nudge' older family members to take the test.

It comes as uptake figures show that just under 55 percent of 50 to 74-year-olds actually take the test.
