New EU Boss Hope For Scots Farmers

The Scottish farming community's urging the EU's new agriculture chief to hear their concerns directly.

The National Farmers Union wants Phil Hogan to visit as soon as he's confirmed in his position so they can discuss new rules coming into force and other issues. 

The Irishman's been put forward by European Commission President-Elect, Jean-Claude Juncker, to oversee the industry in the EU.
