Two breast cancer charities are to benefit thanks to a brave Kirkcaldy fundraiser.
Barbara Mullin, whose husband is Kirkcaldy and Cowdenbeath MP Roger Mullin, is having her head shaved to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now.
Her target is to raise £1000.
She told Kingdom FM News how she's feeling ahead of her close shave:
Kirkcaldy barber Les Fimister has volunteered his services as his contribution to the cause. Barbara will be keeping photographs and even a video of the experience.
Her husband Roger said: “She is absolutely determined to go ahead with this and I have nothing but admiration for her brave gesture.”
Barbara has set up a fundraising page. There will also be donation boxes for both charities at Roger Mullins office.
