Mikaeel Kular's mother will again appear in court charged with the three year old's murder.
Rosdeep Kular, appearing under her married name Adekoya, will attend a second preliminary hearing at the High Court in Edinburgh.
The youngster's body was found at the back of a family-owned property in January.
Reported details of her indictment are emerging, which alleges she beat him to death and dumped his body in a suitcase, and failed to get the three year old medical treatment.
