A man has appeared in court charged with attempting to rape a woman in a Fife park.
Dean Stevens, 40, appeared on petition at Falkirk Sheriff Court today.
He faced a charge of assault with attempt to rape, at Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline on May 24.
Stevens - whose address is in the town - made no plea.
He was remanded in custody and is expected to appear again within eight days.
