Five challenges in five hours, that's what's awaiting a group of cancer fundraisers.
Staff at Byron Hairdressing in Kirkcaldy will don their lycra and trainers on June 15th to raise cash for Maggie's Fife.
They've already raised between £15, 000 and £20, 000 over the years for the charity.
This year, the staff will take part in a ramble walk, zumba, pilates, nordic walking and aqua aerobics.
