Health Warning After 'Ecstasy' Incident

Health experts in the Kingdom are issuing a warning about taking banned substances.

An 18 year old man was rushed to the Victoria yesterday after taking what's believed to be ecstasy outside a night club in Kirkcaldy.

Police described him as "extremely lucky".

Officers say the substance was not the new substance known as 'mortal kombat' linked to the death of schoolgirl Regane MacColl from Clydebank, but are repeating warnings about the dangers of illegal drugs.

Mark Steven from Fife Drug and Alcohol Partnership says there's no definite set of symptoms that can show if someone's having a bad reaction.
