GPs Urged To Improve Access

There's a call for GPs surgeries to do more to enable people to use their services online.

The Reform Scotland think-tank found only two-thirds of surgeries had a website and less than 10 percent allowed patients to book an appointment online.

Research director Alison Payne says there's a huge variation in access across the country.

And she's telling us large practices can learn from those in rural areas:
