Glenrothes Pharmacy Wins Second Award

Cadham Pharmacy have already scooped a National Pharmaceutical Association Award in October for professional networking and integrated team work.

And now they've won a second award for Business Development and Innovation in Glasgow, at an awards ceremony on Wednesday 11th November.

Bernadette Brown runs the business with her three daughters Kara, Kirsty and Laura. They believe the family feel that they promote is a major factor in their success.

Independent prescriptions, referrals and a range of health check services are available at the Pharmacy.

Bernadette says her vision doesn't stop here:

"I would love for the public in this area to see this as a health facility not just about prescription supply. A place where you can go and get a healthy heart check, a cholestrol check, a blood pressure check from a health care professional that's just as qualified to be part of an NHS team and to run it from this clinic. That's the future."
