Full Steam Ahead For Aircraft Carrier

HMS Queen Elizabeth

Engineers have powered up the diesel generators on board the aircraft carrier HMS Queen Elizabeth.

Defence Minister Phillip Dunne has visited Rosyth dockyard for the momentous occasion.

Work on the aircraft carrier will be completed by 2017 and the ship will be handed over to the Royal Navy.
