Businesses in Fife are being urged to allow women time off work for cervical cancer screening.
They're being encouraged to sign up to the Time to Test online pledge.
Figures show around one in five women don't attend screening when invited, and many delay it for more than a year.
Around 3, 000 women are diagnosed with the disease every year in the UK, it causes around 970 deaths annually.
