Fife Mum Emma Michie shared the advice after learning about the death of two-year old Jacob Jenkins who died after choking on the convenience fruit.
The childminder from Dalgety Bay, posted the message as a reminder to parents which has now been shared over six-hundred thousand times and has been viewed by tens of millions of people around the world.
Emma has been so inspired by the response that she has contacted several supermarkets and every UK council pressing them to ensure grapes are sliced before being given to children - she says she's been gobsmacked by the responses:
