Fife foodbank Chair warns of a 'perfect storm' amid increasing costs and rising demand

The Chair of a major foodbank is Fife is warning of a "perfect storm" amid increasing costs and rising demand.

Joyce Leggate from Kirkcaldy Foodbank says she is "extremely worried" about how the situation will develop in the future.

She says without its services, people in the town will go hungry.

The cost of living crisis has been placing pressure on the finances of Fifers so far this year, with an expectation that the situation won't ease any time soon.
