Fife firm becomes an official partner of the Scottish Cup

Fife firm KDM Group has become an official partner of football's Scottish Cup for the rest of the 2021/22 season.

An option is included for an extension of the partnership into the 2022/23 campaign.

The Scottish FA has expressed its delight at making the announcement.

It comes just before the semi-finals of the tournament are played at Hampden Park in Glasgow this coming weekend.

Heart of Midlothian will take on Hibernian in the first of the two games on Saturday at lunchtime, with kick-off at 12.15pm.

Celtic and Rangers will play in the other semi-final on Sunday afternoon, with a kick-off time of 2.00pm.

It's the first time ever in the tournament's history that these four particular clubs are in the final four.

Since its incorporation in 1999, KDM Group have developed a strong client base with some of the UK's leading blue chip clients. 

It offers a variety of construction services from design through to fit out for its clients not just across the UK, but in Europe as well.

The company are based in Dalgety Bay.

Iain Jones, the Chief Executive of KDM Group, has described the opportunity through the partnership as an "honour".

"When the opportunity arose to support Scottish football, we looked at the heritage and excitement the competition brings to communities throughout Scotland and wanted to be part of this legacy."

"The Scottish Cup is a competition with a rich history and synonymous with so many unforgettable moments.

"Hopefully we will share a few new ones together with the KDM Group.
