Family Seek Bin Lorry Prosecution

The family of Jacqueline Morton, who was killed in the Glasgow bin lorry crash, say they intend to seek a private prosecution against the driver.

She was one of six people killed when Harry Clarke lost consciousness three days before Christmas and mounted the pavement in the city centre.

He's due to give evidence at a fatal accident inquiry this week, but bereaved relatives say they're concerned they won't get the answers they're looking for.

The Crown Office last week said it would not prosecute Mr Clarke, while the DVLA has also said it will not be taking any action against him.
