Councillors in Falkland are urging residents to attend the town's war memorial for Remembrence day.
Services were held in the parish church until a new tribute to fallen soldiers was unveiled last year on Brunton Green.
On Sunday 8th November, people across the UK will mark 97 years since the end of WWI.
Councillor David MacDiarmid was instrumental in bringing the memorial to Falkland, he said the new memorial is more inclusive:
