European Ruling Over Air Pollution

Tackling air pollution in Scotland could be sped up after a European ruling.

It's estimated in 2010 alone more than 2000 deaths north of the border were attributable to poor air quality. 

Appin Crescent in Dunfermline is one of the most polluted streets in Scotland.

The EU's Court of Justice has ruled the government can be made to comply with limits on nitrogen dioxide.
