Edinburgh Castle In Top 500 'Must See' Sights

Edinburgh Castle features in a new poll as one of the top must-see sights in the world.

That's according to travel publishers, Lonely Planet, who have published their top 500 attractions. The Isle of Skye, Skara Brae and the Royal Mile are also on the list, which is topped by the temples of Angkor in Cambodia.

To create Lonely Planet’s Ultimate Travelist, their team of travel experts and authors rated the world’s best mega-sights and hidden gems.
