Devo Max is people's choice

An option that won't be on the referendum ballot paper in September - Devo Max - is favoured by most Scots, according to a new poll.

The Scottish Social Attitudes Survey showed 32 percent in favour of devolving all powers to Holyrood, except defence and foreign affairs. Thirty-one percent favoured full independence, while 25 percent opted for no change. The Scottish Liberal Democracts are welcoming the findings. Their leader and Fife MSP Willie Rennie says it's a pity Devo Max is not on the agenda:
