Fife Council's opposition says "no-one knows" how an overspend in social work will be tackled in a crucial budget decision.
This week councillors most vote on a way to cut spending by £66 million for the next three years. Last month a £10 million overspend in social work came to light after allegedly being buried in plans. The Labour administration's proposed budget was put out to public consultation in November.
