Childcare chance for 'workless families'

Two-year olds in 'workless families' could be given access to early learning from August.

The Scottish Government recently introduced legislation which states that all three and four-year olds must be offered at least 600 hours of flexible early learning and childcare a year. It extends to two-year olds in households where neither parent works. Councillor Bryan Poole is Fife Council's Education spokesman:
