Biomass Q&A To Address Concerns

Locals who've complained about a major biomass plant near Glenrothes are getting a chance to grill bosses.

Tullis Russell is holding an open invitation to answer questions on how the 200 million pound combined heat and power plant works.

Concerned residents have set up a website to log their gripes, they claim the wood-fuelled generator creates excessive noise, light pollution and emissions.

The £200million scheme provides over 20 years of job security for the firm's 500 staff.
